"The Pulse" replaced the tobacco show I did for nine years. The name came from the newsletter that Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center produces.

In a nutshell, "The Pulse" is the heartbeat of the medical community, bringing people the latest health care information, newest technology and up close and personal interviews with the physicians and employees who serve Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center.  With the population on The Mountain changing -  attracting more summer residents and retirees - it is more important than ever that we know what our health care options are, who the people are that are treating us, and what health challenges we face. 

"The Pulse" offers this to White Mountain visitors and residents, and also lets the community know that our local hospital has changed, as has the community.
